I have a mailing list set up that grabs any posts I make during the week and compiles them into a list, which emails out every Sunday morning. Signing up at the link below will opt you in for that weekly email, which is better than signing up through Wordpess (the pop up that doesn’t use an orange submit button), which sends an email every time there’s a new post.

Better to have a single, Sunday morning email so you can peruse through things at your own pace. An email only goes out on weeks I’ve posted something new, so you don’t get spammed with junk emails.
