Hello loyal friends and assorted lunatics. It is time to reach out to our legions of fans and ask for support in making this year’s Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The team hasn’t competed since we went off into the trees in 2013 and lost the class record, but not our health or our equipment.
We now have a new bike and a new co-pilot as you already know, and we are scraping together all we can to make the event. Mainly we are hurting where the rubber meets the road, literally. The GoFundMe page explains it all but we are in need of three new tires because Pikes Peak is pretty harsh on tires and we just obliterated two of them, while the third tire will never make it through a week of practice and racing.
Dig deep, show the love, and help get us safely to the summit in 2016. For the full low-down head to our GoFundMe page and check out the rewards and swag we have this year for those who want to show support but aren’t keen on donating.
